I’m Kat, a Seattle‑based business leader, lifelong lover of planning, and the founder of Harrington Reserve, a boutique short‑term rental brand built on thoughtful design and genuinely warm hospitality.

In my day job, I lead global enterprise partnerships and large cross‑functional advertising programs. Translation: I’m really good at keeping a lot of moving pieces in motion, making complex things feel simple, and creating experiences people really enjoy. That same energy shows up in hosting. I love taking standard spaces and turning them into something that feels effortless and special for guests, the kind of place where you walk in, drop your bags, and instantly feel taken care of.

I’ve always been the person who loves organizing the family and friends trips, builds the itineraries, and makes sure everyone has a great time. Hospitality is just the grown‑up version of that: a mix of EQ, intuition, and a little bit of magic.
